mod organazier 2 and vortex has offical enderal support, you can also install mdos manually or with the steam workshop (be sure to use the "steam workshop" button in the launcher of enderal after you subscribed to the workshop mod to install them). be sure to use the latest version of mod organizer 2.

OP is asking how to mod. therefore he doesnt know anything about it. a guy told him to drop his mods into the data folder, therefore overwriting game files.
